The Program

 

The 3 hour sessions are setup around breakfast, lunch or dinner and consist of the following elements:

 

30 minutes - Light exercise: yoga, walking or biking

- Have a relaxed warm up session or more intense power session

30 minutes - Buying organic food

- Learning to read food labels

- What is E621? What is a genetically modified vegetable?

30 minutes - Learn to prepare healthy meals in just 15 minutes

- Plan all meals for the rest of the week and do the preparations.

 

30 minutes - Enjoy a healthy delicious meal

- Ever had a pure chocolate or olive oil tasting?

- Discover nature's candy: dates, raw honey, pure chocolate....

30 minutes - Class on metabolism and nutrition

- Why can you, after dinner, easily consume a pack of crisps and a bottle of cola (2000 calories), but feel full after an avocado with extra virgin olive oil (400 calories)?

- Why did your body stop burning fat and started storing it?

30 minutes - Light exercise: yoga, walking or biking

- Planning activities for the rest of the week.
